1、 Overview:
The flow-through drum dryer is a product that combines a rotary dryer and a fluidized bed dryer. It changes the drawbacks of small contact area and low drying efficiency of previous drum dryers. The flow-through drum developed by Wantai Company fully utilizes the principle of fluidized drying, with the hot air direction perpendicular to the material running direction. On the one hand, it greatly increases the contact area between the hot air and the material, and on the other hand, it improves the drying efficiency.
The equipment consists of a drum, a hot air circulation system, a closed box, a transmission system, a dust removal system, a powder discharge system, and a control system. When drying, the material is added from the feeding port, and under the rotation of the drum and the flipping of the plate, the material rotates in the bed and moves towards the outlet end. Hot air passes through the material layer through the small holes on the drum wall and the plate, and during its movement, it comes into direct contact with the hot air at a 90 ° angle to perform heat and mass transfer, as well as dehydration and drying.
